Over the years, Satinal has successfully improved the production of Italian-made EVA interlayer films for safety glass at its headquarters in Erba, and expanded two new products. Two new product lines developed internally by the S-LAB R&D laboratory team have expanded the range of high-quality interlayers under the STRATO® brand and consolidated Satinal's innovative capabilities in the glass market.
STRATO® RIGIDO is Satinal's first structural laminate interlayer film for laminating safety glass.
This innovative film complies with EN 16613 certification and has certified structural properties to ensure that it can withstand large loads without losing rigidity.
In addition, STRATO® RIGIDO can prevent strong impacts to the greatest extent, because the rupture of the glass parts will not affect the entire laminate structure.
The film is compatible with Satinal interlayers of safety glass such as STRATO® CLEAR and COLOR System. It not only imparts structure and rigidity to the glass, but also provides other characteristics such as color, transparency, UV protection, sound insulation, sun control and bird safety.
